Refunds and Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. We can ship another package to the same address if there is any inconvenience.

We will notify you once we’ve inspected your request for a refund or new order to let you know if the request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days or a new package will be shipped out. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I return my purchase if I'm not happy with it? 

Under EU law, a customer has the right to return any product for a 14 day period after point of sale.

The returned product must be in its original condition which is resalable in order to qualify for a full refund.

Products which have been opened are not eligible under JC’S Miracle return policy due to hygiene reasons. No exceptions

Please note that any original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not cover any costs for handling charges or return shipping.
